Tournament Regulations for Kingfish Clash Summer Sizzler 2025
Please read all rules carefully. Adherence to these rules is mandatory for all participants in this specific tournament.
1. Entry & Eligibility
Open to all anglers holding a valid Florida Saltwater Fishing License.
Team event, no maximum angler limit per boat, but all must be on the manifest.
2. Fishing Times & Location
Lines in at 6:30 AM, lines out at 3:30 PM, July 19, 2025.
Fishing permitted in Atlantic waters accessible from Jacksonville inlets. No northern/southern boundaries, but must be within 75 miles of shore.
3. Eligible Species & Weigh-in (Kingfish)
Primary target: King Mackerel (Kingfish).
Largest Kingfish by weight wins. Fish must be in fresh, edible condition.
Weigh-in station opens at 2:00 PM and closes promptly at 5:00 PM.
4. Tackle and Regulations
All fish must be caught by hook and line.
No electric reels, unless medically required with prior approval.
Compliance with all state and federal regulations is mandatory.
